If your order involves submitting documents to a government agency, you can request a refund by sending us a refund request within 60 days of purchase, provided your order has not yet been submitted. Once documents are submitted, refunds are no longer available. For orders containing multiple products purchased together, the entire order is non-refundable if any of the products have been submitted to a government agency.

Once the order is completed—meaning it is either available for download in your account or has been received in the mail—you have 7 days from completion to request a refund.
You can request a refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase by sending us refund request, unless one of the conditions listed below applies. After 30 days, refunds for subscription services will no longer be available.
